Mission Statement
The Mission Statement of the Cherokee County DUI/Drug Court is to protect the public safety, and reduce the criminal recidivism rate of repeat DUI offenders through an integrated approach that involves court supervision, substance abuse treatment services, and personal accountability, resulting in positive and long lasting life changes.

This website is intended for participants who are currently enrolled in the Cherokee County DUI Court Program. Below are links to important information and resources you may need while in the program, as well as contact information for the team. Please check back regularly for updates and announcements.

Forms & Access Information
DUI Court forms are available at the DUI Court Office or upon request.
If you need a form or assistance completing any document, please contact the DUI Court Office. We will be happy to assist you and provide materials in an accessible format.
Office Location & Hours
The DUI Court office is located at 154 North Street, Canton, GA 30114.
Office hours are Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (closed daily for lunch).
Payments
DUI Court payments are due on the last business day of each month. Money orders and credit card payments (with a 3% processing fee) are accepted. Please ensure your name is clearly written on your payment.

Notice
Effective January 1, 2017, the DUI Court office no longer accepts cash payments. Payments must be made by money order or credit/debit card (3% processing fee applies).
