Cherokee County DUI Court accepts applications for eligible participants.
If you are interested in applying, or have a client who may be eligible, please contact the DUI Court Office for information regarding the application process. Applications are available upon request.

Eligibility Criteria
Participants must meet the following requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a resident of Cherokee County
- Must be deemed legally eligible for DUI Court by the Solicitor’s Office or referring Court (e.g., two or more DUI arrests within five years, no violent felony convictions, etc.)
- Must meet diagnostic criteria for a Substance Use Disorder
- Must not have any outstanding warrants, probation violations, or ICE holds
- Must refrain from using unauthorized prescription medications while in the program
