DUI Court

Attend a DUI Court Session

If you have been ordered to attend one session of Cherokee County DUI Court as a condition of your probation or pre-trial diversion, you must report to the DUI Court Office to complete registration and payment.

The DUI Court office is located at:
154 North Street
Canton, GA 30114

At the time of your visit, you must:

You will then be scheduled for the next available court date on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please note that payments will not be accepted on the same day as court.


Office Hours
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
(Closed daily for lunch)
