Clerk of Courts

If you are coming to this website to pay traffic citations (issued by Georgia State Patrol or the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office)  that you received as the result of a TRAFFIC ACCIDENT, these are "MUST SEE JUDGE" offenses; therefore you must appear in court on the date listed on your traffic citation. Failure to appear before the Judge on the date indicated on your citation could result in a bench warrant being issued. These citations can NOT be paid online.

Non-payable citations will not be available on-line. If it has been at least 10 business days since you received your citation, and you are unable to access your citation on online please call 678.493.6550, Monday-Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

 

There are four ways to pay for Traffic Citations:
